I was looking for the sound of a hot engine clicking and found just one with lots of background noises. So i decided to build it from scratch in bitwig studio and this is it. The sound starts with fast clicking slowing down. It's not perfect, you can still hear it's made from samples. But as the sound is normally used at low volume, i think i can get away with it. On a hot afternoon the squirrels are barking constantly in the background (they sound like chickens clucking) and blackbirds are crying out loudly, kind of sounding like hawks. There are songbirds (not the predominant sound) the types of of which i'm not sure.
