Styrofoam on a carpet. Using the stereo-effect on a h4nsp. The sound was recorded in august 2016 in an old industrial hulk in leipzig, 10 metres below the surface. Because there were some raves now and then, there was a lot of stuff i could use for creating sounds.

I was making a video for youtube and needed some painful sounding grunts so decided to pretend that i was in pain like in idiot in my room.
