Vocal, speaking, and audio snippets of interviews of visual artists that i did as part of a collaborative music project in 2018. The idea was to chop up and use these samples for a trance / punk form of music - which we jokingly called prance music. I used some, but never released any music with it in the end. Maybe one day i will, but in the meantime - i hope you can find some use of these.

This is a collection of samples recorded from the sing-a-ma-jigs toy line released sometime around 2010. This includes all sounds made by the three sing-a-ma-jigs shown. All samples recorded at 48k, 24bit wav files with a rode m3 microphone and motu 828 mk3 preamp. Everything leveled to -16 lufs integrated. 122 samples total.

A music part i did in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I started with the drums. Once i made a beat i liked i added a choir singing "fading into the night". After that i added more synth-sounds and guitar to make it feel more spooky. Would suit anything creepy i think. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. I needed a rattle-snake sound for a tracklay so recorded myself shaking my salt and pepper grinders. Considering i recorded this on a stereo mic in the bedroom of my two-bed flat, i think it came out pretty well!. This is the processed version, which has been through noise reduction and high-pass filtering (soft cut off begins somewhere around 200hz). I believe that this has drastically improved the raw recording, but if you would like to use the original and process it yourself, feel free to send me a message and i will upload it. Recorded using my zoom h1 at 48k/32-bit (because i didn't realise it wasn't set to 96k. . . Whoops!).
