As part of my sounds collection i pulled my iphone at the london tube and recorded it while standing inside the cart. The recording is from the second i left a station until we got to the next one (including an opening doors). No process was done.
Recorded from inside a plastic tube scraped accross the floor, recorded using a self written app on my samsung galaxy phone, converted from mpeg v4 to mp3 using online-audio-converter. Com.
The microphone was placed inside a stainless steel metal box and placed in my shower. The shower rains onto the box and creates a rich, metallic resonance.

Ambient sound inside a train carriage waiting to leave richmond, london to go to stratford london. You can hear sound of other tube/train arriving on next platform, sound of two train drivers talking in driver's cab and low level sound of other passengers. There is also a nice ambient hum of inside of carriage.
