One of my favorite spots to hike in illinois has this quite long, and beautiful and rock-lined beautiful creek. Now, even though this creek is in heavy forest, which often leads to very low water levels during the summer, this creek is spring fed so it always has a beautiful ribbon of pure water running 12 months out of the year. I've spent many minutes and countless hours beside this living, breathing water-course pondering the beauty of nature, and reflecting back on my childhood. A childhood filled with much love and many creek adventures. This was recorded on march 8 2021, at a time in the midwest woods when the mayapples are popping up-- lime green umbrellas spotting the forest floor. This is a recording i made for one of my songs. I found it nice to run the group's output through the ohmforce ohmicide and have some fun with the separate bands. The original loop consists of me, drumming on my metal kitchen-sink with drum-brushes. The snary accents are the brushes on the back of my acoustic guitar. I created this "happy" sort of synth intro again, with garageband. The initial idea i had for the song was something that had to do with ice and crystals, which you can kinda get out of the tone. Enjoy!.

Selected voice lead on a yamaha ew300 keyboard and paulstretched by 2. 0 in audacity and then amplified it down by -5. 0db to use as a background drone ambience, next i selected midi grand piano voice on keyboard and played over the background drone.
