Ambiance of chambers street, manhattan, nyc. Audio was recorded on the morning of 01/04/2021 with a zoom h4npro with on-board x-y microphone. Light vehicular traffic rolling over a street grate/manhole, plus light foot traffic. Pandemic era ambiance.
Not the loudest, but the humming of my microscope lamp, which is a circle-shaped fluorescent light. The humming came from the body of the microscope. I rested the mic on the body of the microscope and did noise reduction and amplified the audio.
I was up in the loft and found tow old 'light sabres' that had been there for years. To my surprise they still worked, so heere thy are, as recorded. There are a few clicks on here that are the sound of the buttons being pushed.
