A short song i made up for a game i am making. Generally meant to sound medieval. A catholic procession during easter week in 2010 in cuenca, spain. People marching, sticks hitting the ground, some random voices, de-phased drums in the background. Suddenly all the sticks are dropped on the ground, a fantastic sound.
From the loa angeles book fair 2019 opening day at usc campus. Not the full band , still very impressive. Forgive the clipping as the dynamic range for this material is quite large. Recording too far away i would have picked up chatter, so a compromising record.
Snare drum rolls with military attitude / marching soldiers (also loopable, respective markers within the wave file)created with native instruments battery 4 and a lot of reverb.
Just something i put together for fun with my new addictive drums-2 program. I used audacity to drag and drop and then sent it to my sony editing. I duplicated the tracks for a total of three. I like how it sounds and hope you do too. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :-).
