Rooster and hen mayhem at a tiny chicken zoo.

Little slice of heavy dnb "music", using a few drumloops i uploaded earlier. Totally overprocessed and stressful. . . But. . . Somehow i like it.

Was playing with my spring reverb. This happened. Analog synths are capable of some sick sounds too. . . Sound straight from the synth. No editing or post fx anything.

Decided to do an exercise from "the book of bad ideas c 2. 0". This is exercise 1. 3 just intonation. Nice. Then i start to turn knobs and get modular mayhem. . .

Breaking celery to emulate a sound similar to a bone snapping/breaking.

As titled. Ice smashing, 4 iterations, blank in between.

A heavy goods-train enters an empty station and breaks. Another train is pushed around a bit. You hear the creaking of the metal, the breaks squeeking and general metal-on-metal mayhem. Some background noise from cars and some birds tweeting in the background. Recorded using a sony pcm-d50.

One minute of sheer mayhem!.

There was a party going on at a a house close to ours, so i took the opportunity to record a portion of the mayhem.

Thought i wanted to explore fm-modulation a bit further. The sound is going through my ladik reverb. The vco i'm fm-modulate is the intellijel μvcf. A filter really. . . No editing in audacity. This is the result. Sorry for long sound. . .

Zoom h4n 2018 - onboard microphones. This recording is 17 full minutes of ambiance from inside an in-n-out fast food restaurant. This in-n-out is located in downtown burbank, california located at 761 n 1st st, burbank, ca 91502. The great thing about this recording is that it's free of all music that would invalidate the recording due to copyright restrictions. In-n-out, unlike other fast food chains, does not allow music in their dining rooms. This is because most in-n-out locations are so busy and constantly loud, the addition of music would create an unbearable sense of mayhem. So, rest assured you may use this ambiance in your project with no restrictions!. The beginning of the recording starts during a busy lunch hour. As the recording progresses, the announcements on the intercom stop and things become a bit more calm. Enjoy!. - christopher.
