A werewolf silently stalks a human while concealed before unleashing a roar. Please comment. This is all my voice, pitched down 4 semitones to make the roar deeper.

Random guitar playing with many experimental pod x3 effects, and some post-processing on the recordings. These resulting ducks have seen better times, and have been in better places :-).

5 individual sounds created for a cyclops monster in a project that was cancelled before any real sound design could begin. This sound was created by recording various vocal noises and importing them into pro tools. Each vocal take was then pitch shifted down by -24 semitones and duplicated into 4-5 layers. These layers were processed individually using techniques such as reverse reverb, distortion and eq to emphasise different aspects of the creature's roar. The final sound is a result of all these layers playing simultaneously.

A nice monster sound to use in sound design cases. Have fun.

I did this by tuning my voice as low as i could get it and recording it. Then i slowed the voice down to 0. 400, instead of using the paulstretch. I, again, did this with audacity and used my laptop to record it. Pretty good, i think.

Sound is me being gross! setup: mic, into eq, into stereo pedal (used as a signal splitter-- one signal went to one multi effect on a pitch-down setting, the other into a second multi effect on a pitch-up setting. ), into stereo delay (no delay added, though. ) burp. . .

Single burp slowed down to 50%. Might sound like a monster.

Recently, i have been playing "the last stand legacy collection" and got inspired to create some of my own zombie sound effects. These are all created by me from my own voice. This is free for anyone and credit is not needed. I do recommend giving credit in your usage so that others can find these sound effects as well. Something i threw together for a personal project i was working on. I couldn't find any high quality samples of a dragon so i decided to make my own. This was created using ableton and contains the following sounds:a dog growlinga lion roara horse gruntingan elephant vocalisinga flamethrower sound. All sounds used were obtained from royalty free websites and manipulated using software so that the original samples are not identifiable. The combining, layering and processing of the sounds were all done by myself within my daw. I hope those of you who find this are able to make great use of it. Raptor roar!.

What if we could hear sounds from another planet ?. In this imaginary place, people can visit zoos under water. Here is the sound of a yhtem, recorded by a visitor from inside his personal submarine. The recording device was found by a member of the zoo staff, as it was floating over the water. It gave no more informations about what happened to the visitor, except that according to several monster's specialists, the yhtem « sounded hungry ». In the real world, this sound was created using the sound of a very brief scream. At the background was a noisy street, and some cars were passing by. I used two different screams and mixed them, before decreasing speed and tempo in audacity. -. Xson « cannelé ». Le son « d'arrière plan » est étouffé, plutôt doux, mais il y a des « accents » rugueux, acides, lors du grognement. L'attaque est graduelle. On distingue quelques notes, différentes hauteurs. Variation scalaire.

I was exporting a graphic in adobe after effects and the export had errors and came up with this sound. Thought it was pretty cool.
