What if we could hear sounds from another planet ?. In this imaginary place, people can visit zoos under water. Here is the sound of a yhtem, recorded by a visitor from inside his personal submarine. The recording device was found by a member of the zoo staff, as it was floating over the water. It gave no more informations about what happened to the visitor, except that according to several monster's specialists, the yhtem « sounded hungry ». In the real world, this sound was created using the sound of a very brief scream. At the background was a noisy street, and some cars were passing by. I used two different screams and mixed them, before decreasing speed and tempo in audacity. -. Xson « cannelé ». Le son « d'arrière plan » est étouffé, plutôt doux, mais il y a des « accents » rugueux, acides, lors du grognement. L'attaque est graduelle. On distingue quelques notes, différentes hauteurs. Variation scalaire.

The last breath of a creature, maybe a dragon, whatever floats your boat. I'm a game developer, but i also like creating sfx, and other cool stuff. So i was feeling like creating a small mmo for fun, but thought to myself;how on earth am i going to make all those sounds?so i searched a bit on the net for possible cool sfx techniques, and later on decided to just experiment with audacity myself. For this sound i recorded my own voice two times (i can make some weird sounds),and edited them in audacity. I made this one a morning while having a cup of strong java. It's done in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. Made a drumbeat with open hi-hat. After 4 rounds the hi-hat closes and a cowbell comes in. Did a bassline to go with the beat. Then i added instruments on top of that. Starts out pretty mellow in minor, dark. Then builds up with the bass, and after that a loud synthesizer and back to a more mellow part. I think it's a bit spacey/sci-fi. That's why i named it "exit planet terror". Here it is! my first ever submission on freesound! i decided to start this all out with a bang, and post something really cool that i'm proud of making. I'm not sure exactly what this creature was supposed to be. I'll leave that up to your imaginations. How it was made:. Software: fl studio 20. Plugin(s): serum, valhallaroom, ott, fruity parametric eq 2, and fruity delay 2. This was made completely with synthesizers. I used serum for the main synth, made copies of it, and modified each of them to sound unique from the other. I'd try to explain how the synth was made, but there's a lot of stuff. To process it, i used ott to make it sound more powerful and clear, eq to get the frequencies and texture right, delay with a low pass filter to get that outdoors echo feel, and valhalla room for the reverb.
