An octave played on a synth i made as a request fulfillment. It's got a heavy lfo. The first playthrough is staccato, while the second is smooth and legato, and allows for the note to warp back.

" it was created viaa recording of myself playing an ab note (below the scale of bass clef) on my bbb tuba and then adding things like distortion, echo, fade, etc. In audacity to make it almost identical to the dramatic horn from "inception. Holding a metal bell by its tongue, i’m rhytmically shaking it to make this sound. Reminds sleigh bells a bit. Sound of a couple of links joining the tongue to the bell body is prominent. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised and filtered bogus sub bass in audacity.

Riding my mountain bike on gravel trail at baylands nature preserve in palo alto ca. Recorded on my galaxy note 2 cellphone. Edited in cyberlink power director 13. This is actually two separate tracks equalized differently to accentuate the crunch of the gravel, and to minimize wind noise. Output in mono.

Took my zoom h4 with me on the last flight of a 5 story metal stairwell then on the backstage catwalk - first back stage, then over the audience, then to the sound booth of a theatre i was working at. Note: i did not realize my pants made so much noise as i was walking.

Recorded on 26/02/2010 at approx. 8am in wengen (jungfrau region), switzerland. Recorded with a zoom h2 in 2-channel surround mode, without a windshield. File has not been modified, only cut short from a longer recording. Note: this is the original wav file of the mp3 posted on freesound.

I designed this sound from scratch using a 20 millisecond pop of audio looped and processed heavily using ableton live's sampler instrument. The loop is 2 bars long, but it this sample file i trail off for quite a few seconds sustaining the note to show off the sustain processing on the synth.

01-02-2019 yula in the central space under the dome. It was a surprise. I had only my cellular (xiaomi note 4)with me to record this. The recording started 25 mtr off the group and i walked slowly away from them, enjoying the acoustics.

Made with js loop granular sampler and midi note repeater from reaper. You can use it for comic, animation sound making or for horror movies. I added some grain to make it more squishy and more intense. If you want to use it, credit me with a link (as keirasound).
