868 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Pad"

A harsh soundscape made by vocoding one complicated, evolving fm synth patch into another.

A soft texture for synth pads in a3. Built by layering several sine-wave generators to create the note a and some of its overtones. It was then drowned in reverb. The sine-generators played just a short impulse, what you hear is the tail of the reverb, to give it more richness. Post-production: reverb.

Feedback loop drone created using make noise phonogene + make noise echophone eurorack modules. Good for some kind of force field.

Chromatic notes starting at c0. A blend of three oscillators + and additional wavetable. Not too shabby, but very wabby. Enjoy!.

Created using a patch on the roland mc-505. I recorded it through a m-audio fast track pro into sequel 2.

This is extracted and processed audio from webcams. What you are hearing is background noise that i've amplified, and sometimes dialogue that is processed beyond recognition.

Typical cmaj - fmaj - gmaj - cmaj chord progression played with the "space rez" patch i self-programmed in ichiro toda's synth1, with some heavy tal-reverb 4 applied over it.

This was made on ableton with nexus. It's a basic chord progression with a drone note. Gives me a super relaxed feeling when set with the beach or something. Luscious evolving tones derived from"garden chimes 2" (by monterey2000), run through metasynth's spectral synth with slow attacks. (check monterey2000's current license on "garden chimes 2" if you use this sound).

Released in 1989, the ensoniq vfx synthesizer was ensoniq's early take on wavetables, called transwaves in ensoniqs' perlance. The machine was a digital six oscillator hybrid rompler and additive with several of the waveforms being wavetables. Modulation settings allowed you to scan thru the waveforms for evolving sounds such as this pad. The vfx-sd was much the same synthesizer, but added a sequencer.
