This is a perfect 1/10 second long 1khz tone like it is also used in film countdowns ;) u can also use it for a censor-tone: just copy&paste it again and again and ull get a longer 1khz tone without any jumps or hoverings.

Some sweepish sounds. Synthesized with "vacuum pro" vsti from air, the patch was a unmodified "500msvph"added effects with a "tassman 4" vst filterbank, multiple low pass filter with some oscillation. Echo was enable in a part of this whole creation.

The standard way of filling in this descending thirds pattern is to interpolate a first inversion chord in between each of these descents by thirds. The result is a bass line that moves down continuously stepwise, resulting in a figured bass of '5-6', and therefore, the standard descending 5-6 sequence.

Night time at an intersection in a residential part of tokyo. Normally the street is quite busy, but at 11 pm you can hear more discrete sounds, including people walking around. The only processing was trimming at mixdown of the 2 independent stereo tracks. Recorded with 4 mics.

Decided to call this sound "electronic modular rhythm" since i found only one other spot on the net with that combination of words. Probably is there some sort of mistake to write like that, but now we are two to make that mistake. This is straight out of the modular. No processing but amplification. This is a clip of various engine sounds recorded on my 2003 subaru impreza wrx with a 3" turbo-back exhaust system. The audio starts with the engine at idle and includes a few engine revs at different rpms. You can hear some turbo whistling and also some rattling of god-knows-what parts. It's a little muffled (kind of a muddy sound), but could be used as part of an action sequence or with a music track laid over. Recorded radio signal using software defined radio (sdr) around 450 mhz. The sound is the result of demodulating a larger signal using cw-l mode in gqrx and skipping through the band with the signal. Therefore this sound has no real meaning it's just a part of a larger signal.

It's the 80s and i'm about half-way through making a punk/new wave party mix tape when my turntable starts repeating itself.
