We were moving offices and i found an odd piece of metal that made an odd noise. An impromptu recording on a mobile phone in a boxy room with no furnishings (sorry).

Me messing around with a belt buckle, making the various metal pieces interact with each other. Slightly edited to remove background noise.

This is a countdown from 10 to 0. It was recorded using a røde nt-3 and then processed with varios effects. Good for a space or sci-fi themed piece.

Recording of a glass cup being struck with a glass thermometer. I then spliced the recording into several small pieces in logic pro x and arranged them randomly, then added space designer reverb.

I used a blues base to do this loop, i highly recommend to change the bpm's to achieve a better result. If you use this piece i'd love to see your work!.

Literally do not have anytime now to study animation have to raise my daughter. But this lovely piece has been sitting on my hard drive. . . . This is the product of a late night with a new keyboard and a few drinks. Also a first time recording using audacity. All sounds in this piece are bone-stock sounds in the mx49. I only added a bit of mild reverb one sound in one section of the piece. I didn't set out to do something like this - it was only to check some sounds and get familiar with the software. I think of it as the 21st century version of the beatles "revolution 9". I suggest clearing your mind, getting "spiritually lubricated", put in the earbuds, and check it out.
