Recorded stereo xy mic configuration with two akg ck93 capsule mic with zoom h6.

Muffled, distorted sound of a thunderstorm, possibly recorded from inside a car. Some vibration noise from the body of the minidisc recorder i was using is also audible now and then.

Recorded with an se5 cardioid condenser and a sound devices 633. Some multiband compression and then limiting applied with waves plugins.

This is a collection of samples to make a really violent storm. This sample is public domain, ignore the cc license for my part of the work. It is based on other samples, so the ultimate license depends on those samples.

Sounds a little like fireworks going off. Recorded on my phone inside a tent pitched under a tree, the heavy raindrops sound a bit like firecrackers or pops of musket fire?.

Recorded from my balcony. This is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The loud tapping noise is the raindrops falling on the plastic shade of my balcony.

Raindrops in a rainwater gutter which ends in plastic construction foil, depending on the angle of the foil it leads to a different pitch of the dropping.

This was recorded at the edge of a field, so it's literally a field recording. It's summer, there has been some rain but now it has stopped and the sun is out. A lark is singing its heart out. There is some wind noise which i've reduced with eq and noise removal using audacity, also some traffic noise from the road some way to my right (hard to get away from traffic noise). Recorded with a zoom h1 using the in-built microphones.

A light thunderstorm in carrboro, nc. Not too much wind or heavy rain, but some very good thunder claps. As the thunder slowly fades away, some distant traffic and a siren can be heard. Recorded on a zoom h2. This was uploaded as vorbis instead of flac or wav because it's quite long but i thought people might find it useful to have the whole thing. Some intelligent de-clipping was also performed in audacity to remove some slight distortion from the loudest claps.

This storm came thru this morning and i recorded it on my zoom h6 using the built in mics. There are some good rumbles of thunder in this recording.

Hearing the hard and deep thunderstorm!it loops really great! can't hear it well? maybe it's too deep to hear, turn up your speaker, and if you don't have one you can use something that helps the sound, so you can hear it way better!.

A recording made, midday, on thursday december 8 2022 of a light, but very cold rain hitting the bare trees and the wet, brown leaves on the ground in a midwestern usa forest. Towards the end you'll be treated to a group of blue jays making a huge racket!other than that, no animal sounds at all. About 2. 5 minutes of ambient audio recorded at the hurunui jacks campground adjacent to the kaniere river near hokitika on the west coast of new zealand. This is an inland tropical rain-forest setting. There are lots of insect sounds, birds, and the sound of the river (not very prominent) in the background. No other sounds captured (no cars, airplanes, honking horns, people talking, etc). Would be good to use for a camp scene ambient in a similar location, nature scene, etc. Recorded with a zoom h1.
