Some old v8 engined cars in a parade, idling and occasionally revving. They have open headers, meaning they have no mufflers and either no or very small exhaust pipes, therefore they're loud and "burbly"! there is some chatter from people standing on the parade route as well. Recorded on a tascam dr-44.
My uncle and my dad's friend were being drunkies i guess on independence day and they wanted to race their trucks down the street. It's a ford ranger 4 cylinder.
This is a simple clip of a police motorcycle starting and revving up a few times. It doesn't have much of a roar but is much softer of an engine sound.
This is a short clip of a chainsaw starting up, idling for a few seconds, then being revved up to cut a small log for a few more seconds before idling again. Contains idling and revving of a single-stroke engine. Recorded accidentally with an iphone in a pocket, so it's slightly muffled.
A zoom h2n handy recorder was used to capture the sound and basic editing was completed in garageband. Created by tiffany t. And megan p. In digital production 120.

2 or 3 motorbikes pulling up to a stop light, revving their engines loudly to show everyone just how large their exhaust tips are, and then driving away. Sorry, i don't know make or model of the bikes.
Car idles, then revs for no other reason but to make a noise. Can't remember what type of car it was, but it was blue and little flames came out of the exhaust. Tascam dr-22wl, internal mics, deadcat. 15hz high pass filter.
