First half is dry in that no extra effects apart from eq are used; second part of the loop is actually two copies of the same loop with one of them containing extreme compression after some unison (detuning) and ~30ms delay. I myself have built this library (if someone wants to give presets for the library, it is much appreciated). The library uses a series of free vst (not included in the installation of the mfp). I searched for a long time to find a jaws harp sample and eventually found one and successfully extracted a few notes from a very old appalachian folk song field recording, well out of copyright. I sampled a single note, which then fed ok into a midi keyboard, allowing me to effectively play jews harp melodies. The result was pretty ok.

Erh's nugroove1 with some edited samples of erdie's explosion sample, it ends with a reverse explosion. I took the sweeps out of erh's loop and put them on 2 different tracks, and there is an obvious change in tempo. Some simple delay, uncompressed, a simple eq setting. . . That's all.
