The audio was recorded by a student in a recording studio for educational purposes.

I'm not sure what is this sound. Can you please help me to find out, what makes this kind of sound?.

This is a raw recording of what is meant to be a grass sound effect. Was made using a cloth bag and some utensil wrappers inside of it to make a crinkly crunching sound. Recomended to add effects to it as needed and as such left it as a raw sample, though even baseline it mostly gets the effect.
