This is an ambient recording of the main spring that feeds lake atalanta in rogers, arkansas. The recording was made using a zoom h5n recorder with a stereo mic capsule held approximately 9 inches from the surface of the stream.

My door bell sound modified to sound as if it's coming from farther away as it would normally sound from a different room. Slightly biased towards the left channel, reverse the stereo channels for it to come from the right.
This is a stereo recording of an exterior glass and metal door on a university campus in new jersey, usa. There are several articulations of the door here that lend themselves to creature and robot noises. There is a whimper and a sigh and a screech as well as some ticking and clicking. This reminded me very much of baby godzilla type noises. I've put these into iris 2 and had a good time making synth patches with them.
