A sizzling effect made from close proximity xy (diaphragm) recording of oil on a high heat dropped onto a heated frying pan. Careful doing this, as this spits very hot oil back at you. It however will also create this rather high timbre sound very suited to those get scalded.

Me doing an impression of a mouse for a project, as i didn't find any that suited on here. It's me squeaking, pitched and speed up a little. I am a human, not a mouse (although i did use a mouse to make the sound (a computer mouse - no mice were harmed in the making of this sound effect)).

The sound recorded by the high-way. A police car runs very fast with the siren on. Recorded with korg mr-1 and two at3032s. Before this recording session, i lost a sponge head of one 3032, so i took off another one. It was like walking on the moon without space suit.

This is a variation of a hyper-popular wilhelm scream. Since it's 2017 outside, using wilhelm causes everything turn to a comedy. This one sounds fuller, richer, up-to-date. Will suit any type of production (film, commercial, game). Feel free to pitch it, expand it, shorten it and throw a reverb on it. It was recorded by a russian actor sergey smirnov in 2017. If you don't want a wardrobe malfunction, don't buy too small, and avoid those that don't have a backup hook underneath. This one doesn't, nor can the zipper be trusted. It was created in audacity by using a piece the audio track from the end of the movie "my cousin vinny". It is the line marisa tomei says as she and vinny are driving back to n. Y. (oh my god, what a f'ing nightmare). It was then noise-reduced, pitch and tempo adjusted, reversed, and paulstretched.

Tornado siren in streamwood, il recorded during the monthly test. This version is heavily edited, with some filtering and compression applied, as most of the recording was distorted (i was too close to the siren!), although it should be useable with appropriate filtering to suit your purpose. The actual siren is located a short way north west of the geotag (it should be visible using google's satellite view). Recorded using a rode ntg2 into a zoom h4.

Two tone siren that is used by all emergency service vehicles, including police, ambulance and fire department (in 2012) in the netherlands. This is not a recording of an actual siren, but generated by a synthesizer at the exact two frequencies that the siren consists of. For a realistic result it is suggested that you mix this with other background sounds and add your own doppler, echo, panning and other effects to suit your needs.

Honestly, this is one of the coolest things ever. Just drag this impulse response into your ir reverb plugin and it will make everything sound like it's in a space suit / glass helmet. Really handy for an astronaut speaking, for example. I bought a massive, round, glass fishbowl to record this. Recorded with a zoom h4n. I got inspired by the alien films and alien isolation, so i decided to design some alien xenomorph sounds. They are printed with and without the fx i designed to suit the environment of the alien isolation game (metal corridors and vent shafts). This is a section of the pack with 50 bass drum varieties. Most of them are just minor changes and they resemble extremely "similar" sounds however they're based on different wave forms which are mixed together to form varieties. Other parameters were mashed, some may have distortions some may not. All the sounds you hear are synthesized. Generally these sounds are for dance music, some of them are well suited for more experimental music as well. But it should not be limited to just techno or trance. . . .
