Moth-organ is a forgotten instrument. Sad, because it's amasingly useful, and a professional (which i am not)can create many interesting variations. I play only three tones, but listen, it's a cool little thing. I used the best available: hohner 'rheingold'.

Sound of noisily biting into something and taking two bites made by layering a whole bunch of sounds, including the tearing of paper and the shaking of a thing of tictacs. Not necessary, but if you use this in anything i'd love to know!.

Sound of water trickling down to a natural roman bath located in southern spain. Sound recorded on an iphone - sadly, the only thing i had on me. Then put into logic to create some mild separation.

While i was trying to record other sounds my yorkshire terrier came in and got right in front of the microphone. I enticed her to bark. Funny thing is that she often will sneeze when i give her the bark command. This file is a bit of both.

I was editing a ringtone of the tardis landing from dr. Who when i accidently made this with that bell toll thing. Makes for an interesting alarm sound. No need to credit but would love to see what it was used in/for :). Edited in audacity using the noise reduction setting.

A single step on sand. Made with audacity. It actually started as an attempt to make a laser effect with a dtm generated sound then after some bad decision on filtering it started to sound like a sandy thing. Given that i needed a sand step sound for a game i've kept it.

I used a plug-in called harmor on fl studio 11 and i messed around with highpass and lowpass filters with a very wide resonance. Of corse you can use this ''thing'' for whatever you want because it's totally unoriginal and easy to make.

This is some more edirol 'composing' this time using an arpeggiater and just really letting midi do its thing. I don't really remember how or why i composed this or what i used it for (if anything) but it's quite dramatic, isn't it?!.

My first upload to freesound is a thunderstorm recorded in gateshead, uk, next to our open bathroom window. Some lovely thunderclaps and rain. Recorded on a zoom h5. There are also some household sounds swimming around in the background, doors closing, dishes clinking etc; i think you can hear the radio or something very faintly towards the end -- but there's plenty of clean usable thunder and rain in there. Incidentally i often use this type of thing in my long-form instrumental music, produced under the name conelrad. I was on my way to a meeting a few doors down from this intersection and there was some nice sounds happening, it's in the late morning and so people are hard at work and moving around and doing their thing. There's some cool door chimes, trucks, traffic, random conversations, etc.
