Main street in tourist costal city of dziwnówek in west poland. It's typical for cities like that: full of cheesy market stands. The game of coin-football, which you can hear ringing constantly in the background is also characteristic for polish coastal tourist areas. I was in the church of angoulème (f) when to my delight organ practise begun. Quality is not extremely good but the ambience is nicely catched imho. Anyone who knows the organ work, i'd like to know!.

Well, i read on an overly-cautious tourist site that if you go around medina market in marrakech taking videos of people, you're likely to get yelled at. So instead i brought along my trusty tascam dr-05 portable digital audio recorder and recorded the sounds of the market, which are pretty amazing.

A high-quality recording of a quiet day on the steps in front of the st. Ursen cathedral in solothurn, switzerland. You can hear the two fountains which build the background sound. Also, there are tourists and swiss people walking nearby and talking. The sound was recorded in 24bit on a professional zoom recorder with the xyh-5 stereo microphone. For postprocessing, only unwanted noises were cut from the recording and the overall sound level was raised.
