I'm making a spooky scary video game and needed a "behind you" whisper to play over the shoulder of the player. Didn't find anything so i made it myself by recording several whispers of "behind you" and then applying effects in audacity. Hope this helps someone. Go ahead and use this for whatever. I was goofing around and this is what happened this morning.

A creepy whisper saying "ascend with us!" with some effects thrown on top. I plan on using it in a game i am working on, but maybe someone here will find it useful for who knows what.

I made some quiet sounds in to my mic and layered them together.

Recorded with audacity, this ghost is terrifying me, i can hear him through the walls :(. Microphone: logitech g35. Just using a couple filters via audacity. Stretching and morphing sound. I started with saying pretend words backwards in realtime.

While i was in math class taking a test i just decided to record. Near 4:38 you can hear a bell ringing, just a heads up for anyone who doesn't want a interrupting bell. It's can be rather useful for a animations where the character is surrounded by classmates taking a test or whatever. You can use it for anything it doesn't matter to me.

In turn each calls "come and see" voice recorded with voice recorder on android cell phone and processed/layered 4 times using pitch shift in audacity.
