Just playing along with the 'school of rock' soundtrack where freddy does the drum solo. Nothing fancy. Recorded on my roland td-9 module and edited with sony sound forge and sony vegas with 2 track duplications. Please comment on what you might use it on. Thanks. :-).

A short track recorded during subway ride in poland. Contains the sound of speeding subway train engine, door opening/closing and some quiet talks in the background. I'm using this in a song of mine, thought i'll share it with you guys tho. Recorded with xperia u's recorder.

The package contains several 909 snare samples combined with real recorded snares, processed with eq saturation and compression. There's a dry version and one where reverb was added of every shot. The sounds were originally created for a drum n bass track.

Recorded with sennheiser me67 to zoom h4n as a mono track at 24bit/48k. Mic inside wrapped up news paper tapped with a pencil. I read about it and found when layered with punches and other hits, it gives the hit a nice little kick in the sub-woofer.

A lively chorus of droning insects and frogs, recorded with a pentax point-and-shoot waterproof camera in the dunes of tybee island, georgia on a wet summer evening. I think this track has a hypnotic and somewhat disorienting effect.

Simple little dance track i created with reason. The water sound in the beginning i got from another user on this site. All the other sounds are from reason software.

A sound cue i designed with a euphoria synth pad from garageband on my macbook pro. Track used to underscore a powerful scene between 2 residential school survivors for the theatre production called 'nicimos: the last rez christmas story'. The play ran from nov. 24 to dec. 19, 2014.

I threw some pots and pans onto a concrete floor to get background sounds for a video i was working on. The track includes 7 different elements. Not intended to be used together but provided this way to offer a variety of similar but different sounds.

Little piano melody i made for a track. Has echo which is bitcrushed, and some "izotope vinyl" plugin slapped ontop of it. 115 bpm and f minor harmonic. Enjoy!. Btw always curious about what you make from this, feel free to link your creations :).

A computer-generated voice build specifically for a video game called artemis spaceship bridge simulator. I wrote the text, put it through a royalty-free text to voice generator. Then i edited it in pro tools with several fx to achieve the proper mood. I specifically use it with artemis bridge tools, which lets this track be triggered by game events. Zoom h1n recording from this morning's rainstorm in metro detroit. The original recording was from 5:02am to 7:26am, but due to a lot of secondary rain drops splashes hitting the recorder directly when the wind would shift i edited it down to 52 minutes after taking most of the knocks outs when i edited in movavi. Pretty steady rain for most of the track as you hear the hum from the morning commuters in their cars increase in the distant background. You'll hear some birds too throughout the track, mostly starlings i believe.
