Clock strikes 12 in copenhagen.

There are 12 gongs here, but as a gag the first three are normal paced and then the rest are quick. For comedy theater.

Recorded in reinbek, a small town next to hamburg. Before and after the bell i left some atmo. Recorded with a zoom h2n. M/s.

Midnight recording. I wanted to record really the most basic sounds in my kitchen. Clock on the wall, the fridge's sound. . . It was totally quiet, but not still not. . . !.

This is an extended version. Bells play a hymn before striking 12 bells at midnight. A car passes by during the hymn. Light rain falling.

Calm night next to church.

Large metal sheet and ornamental metalwork gate to village cemetery opened and shut, creaking on it's hinges. Recorded around midnight to avoid bird and insect calls - despite this precaution there were birds calling in the distance. On arrival i saw there was a house adjacent to cemetery. Fearful of waking the non-dead i didnt hang around for more than two bad takes. I've added this not so impressive recording to give a taste of what i hope to record of this wonderfully vocal gate in the future.

Taken at about midnight on a saturday night / sunday morning while waiting at a bus stop on indian canyon drive in palm springs, ca. I used a tascam dr-07mk2 recorder.

Sitting outside here in nawlins, coaxing the neighbors dog. Not really sure what kind of dog it is. Sounds like a med-large dog. _ quite night at 2am.

Recorded from my balcony. This is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The loud tapping noise is the raindrops falling on the plastic shade of my balcony.

This was recorded on an iphone 6 at a small and crowded seafood restaurant in dallas, texas. The table where the recording device was located was near the opening of the kitchen.

A mockingbird singing at midnight. Some suburban sounds can also be heard, such as a train horn. A passing insomniac wondered whether i was making all the noise, and i told him no, it was a bird.

A clock striking twelve. Sound of a medium size grandfather clock striking 12 o'clock, or midnight. 12 chime hit sounds.

This is a binaural recording of a restaurant with kitchen sounds and people chatter. Recorded with a diy dummy head binaural mic setup using a styrofoam dummy head, humanlike silicone ears, and dpa 4060 omnidirectional mics. Enjoy.
