Me dropping a chain somewhat slowly on a linoleum floor. It starts loud and gets softer. It's also pretty bright, but most of that is around 14k if you want to eq it out. Recorded with two kam i2's into a zoom h4n.
A short atmospheric piece i did for a friend's slow-motion video. (http://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=bkg0-z8ovxy. ) however, he didn't use it, so i thought i'd let you. Made with camel audio's free alchemy player vst. (http://www. Camelaudio. Com/alchemyplayer. Php. ).
Came up with my own version of a windmill, following instructions on another site:. Http://www. Garagegames. Com/community/blogs/view/11231. Though instead of pitch-shifting some of the sounds as instructed, i time-stretched them (also affecting the pitch) to give them a bigger feel. .
Part of our house alarm slowed down for effect. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak recorder and editied in sony sound forge. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks. :^).
A short sample of a cricket recorded in cuernavaca, morelos, méxico on summer but with time modified to go slower, so an interest different quality of sound appears. Recorded whit a zoom h1.
Recorded a guitar being plucked and slowed it down to 0. 1% speed. This creates the nice initial pluck sound. Then copied and resampled the copy and slowed down again by 0. 1% speed, this time preserving the original pitch. This created the ultra-long decay tail. Added eos reverb.
Woman taking six slow, deep breaths, mouth closed. Deep, calm breathing. Recorded with a rode ntg 3 and a tascam dr 100 in the closet, very faint traffic noise can be heard in the background.
Slow breathing almost close to mic. Could potentially be used in one of those scenes in a movie when someone is in shock or cant hear because of a bomb blast or crash or something.
Me playing around with some zips and clothing to get various sounds. There are two types of zips recorded. One for a piano bag and one for a recorder case. The clothing is two types of hard and softer more malleable jean material. Recorded with zoomh5 at 96hz. Raw file recordings with a bit of noise reduction.
Like a digital meter/counter slowing down, could be used for a game or points sfx etc - faster again. This sound is remixed from: youioo8countdown beep by ( http://freesound. Org/people/youioo8/sounds/268711/ ).
