A scary large monster screech/growl for ambience.

A sound mix with a kind of moaning monster, a rather strange piano and an oppressive pad in the background. Made with audacity.

This jump scare sound was created by playing 2 dissonant chords on a single coil telecaster mic'd up w/ a vox ac 10 amp. The two guitar tracks are panned left and right- reverb and delay are added. Additionally, frequency enhancers were added between 4khz - 6khz which adds a higher tonal energy in the upper range of the guitar. Gain is added which can be heard as signal noise mostly at the end of the clip. Enjoy. Bainmack.

Oh and don't forget fungus the bogeyman, my favourite raymond briggs character. Try guessing what modules i used. (hint: all but 3 are from makenoise).

This is another spoopy long background music type thing i've thrown together with pitch shift and time stretch and echo. This one is a bit long to sit through and feels to me like it often needs more space in it, but i have no idea what i'm doing so i'm stuck with what i've got. For background creepy mood stuff there are definitely some good 30ish second stretches in there that are different enough from each other to suit somebody somewhere though, i'm sure.

Used a few text-to-speech websites and a website that lets you apply effects to generate this. Sounds like a low-quality recording of a supervillain monologuing his master plan via planet-wide broadcast.

Ideal for those humanoid transforming into something else moments, stretching skin/bone/muscle etc!. I recorded this with a htc desire mobile phone (video).

Dark atmo vocal myst thriller fantasy.

Inspired by ben croshaw's point 'n' click horror adventure games, i decided i'd try and see if i can make my own creepy whispers using audacity. This is basically some whispered lines and some really low-volume screams superimposed on one another, with some of these lines reversed. I made this on march 2012 and was recorded on my netbook's slightly damaged built-in mic.

Slow and reverberated sounding growlings and hissings.
