A long atmo taken in the indian restaurant at the "scheune" culture center in dresden. Very useful for film and radio work as there is no background music. Recorded with a zoom h2 with 90° dispersion.

I recorded these sounds in three different offices. This is the result of them mixed, because i had an order for a sound like that for a film that was a scene of a noisy office as well, because it had many people working together. The recording was very good, was originally obtained on a machine with 8 channels of 8 large diaphragm microphones positioned to cover all recording environments. -----------------------gravei esses sons em tres escritórios diferentes. A gravação ficou muito boa, originalmente foi obtida em uma maquina de 8 canais com 8 microfones de diafragma grande posicionados de forma a cobrir todo os ambientes a gravar.

Some raw and dirty random samples of a small, out of tune yamaha pianino (upright piano) at a friends flat. There's noise of my laptop and there even might be some traffic noise in the background. Also no string scratching etc. In this pack. Nevertheless i thought it might be better to share the samples, than to have them just rot on a drive. I suggest throwing them into your software or hardware sampler of choice, manipulate them and listen what you come up with. Cut in ocenaudio. No noise-reduction or other processing has been applied. Stereo recording of the interior of an ice cream parlor in the historic center of dubrovnik / croatia. It is early afternoon in high summer. The sales crew are a merry lot, bantering loudly with the tourists of different nations that are absolutely cramming the place. Lots of multinational voices can be heard, men, women and children talking loudly and all at once. Under that is the intense hum of a cooling system working itself to death!the ice cream was good too. I can recommend the peanut flavor. Recorded with a zoom h2, mics set to 90° dispersion.

Wind noises recorded under a window in a high city block. Apart from huge amount of mic internal noise the recording is nice. Could be useful only when played really quiet. Captured with zoom h2 with hi gain at 96khz/24-bit. Edited and normalized with audacity.

Ever wandered through a spanish street market? the sound will be familiar to — very possibly all too familiar! this recording was made so close to the offending mechanical toy, that it has even picked up the noises of the mechanism itself. There is a small amount of background noise. Seemingly unnecessary period of silence included is the exact cause before the next outburst of squeaking.
