This is the sound of a water fountain that was recorded out front of tommy hilfiger's villa (palm beach) on the private island of mustique. Some wind noise occurs intermittently.

For a podcast project i needed some coffee related sounds so i recorded our techni-vorm moccamaster, filter coffee machine as it brewed a full pot. Our version has a metallic thermos jug rather than the standard glass jug. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is no processing to this recording other than to ‘normalize’ the levels. I do not require any credit or attribution. Was cooking a ham steak one night and when poking it with a fork noticed it made some awesomely gross sounds, lol. So, like any astute audio lover, i grabbed my zoom and recorded it! did my best to not rattle the stove or anything on it. I'll put it as creative commons, since who really goes through and credits every single random sound file they downloaded on any given internet scourge? but i'm always interested to see how the sound are used - especially this one ;). Water from kitchen sink.

Recorded in stockholm a rainy summer day. Standing on the 6th floor recording from the balcony. The storm starts close and moves away from the mic. I picked up some cars in the clip, and the neighbours shouts at 09:10. Recorded with a zoom h6 in stereo.

A water faucet set to drip in a chaotic manner, without much regularity. I put a plastic container lid under that for sound to be more pronounced, but that added crunchiness and now it doesn’t resemble dripping as much. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised in audacity plus filtered bass out a bit. P. S. I need to say that i foolishly recorded it into an im app and the recording ended up as. Ogg, so it’s not as good as could be. Still i hope there is enough spectral richness left. I should have used a dedicated recording app which writes. Flac files, i just hadn’t thought. Maybe several days later i’ll make a couple of other takes! (update: now i did. ). ———————. I’m still here! i like you guys, i’m just lazy to make sounds and i don’t want to record as much as the quality is not as good when using just phones, moreover that already many many people record various things professionally anyway and share here.

My keurig coffee maker has been sounding a little rough so i decided to record it with my zoom h1n this morning as it made me a cup of coffee. It's the entire cycle with the general noise of a kitchen. Mainly you can hear my 20 year old fridge humming in the background during the quit parts of the keurig cycle. Don't plan on using it for anything, so have fun with it. The audio from when the coffee starts to pour into my cup is on the left side, so that was pretty cool to listen too on the headphones when i played it back.

Water dropping on tile and metal drain randomly, with a distinct rythm that slows down towards the end of the file. Recorded with zoom h4n embedded mics, quickly edited on protools for gain, noise reduction and artifact removal. Still a little noisy, though.

Tried to find a similar effect here without finding one, so i had to make it myself. It was made in an interesting way; i spat in a toilet (and recorded it). Then i added some nice reverb, and viola.
