Three looping envelopes 2 on quadra and one pip slope. Forming a minimal rhythm. It's not stable. I make it even more unstable by injecting some cv to one of the envelopes. Maybe i injected a little to much? cool anyway.

A krell patch and short sample and hold tones. Okay even the krell gets pitch cv from a sample and hold. The short sample and hold tones are panned with help of chaos. I use two nlc sloth lfos to control the panning. The speed of the short sample and hold tones are controlled by two mixed lfos from bmc 2lfosh. Reverb from spring reverb and delay from an anlog delay stomp box. Please suggest some tags i should have used. . . !.

Recorded a patch that generates blippy swooshy and clicky etc sound effects. The sound file is straight from the modular. You do the post editing. There must be some noises in here that is useful. . . ?.

Start with chaos. In this sound/patch you have the possibility to enjoy chaos and feedbacki use my sloth lfos and jerkoff - another chaos moduleim possible sick i like this - thou its simple. Sloth modulate vco and filter cut of frequencyfeedback from vco to the filter via a vca controlled by a looping envpan fx also controlled by sloth - same env that controls the frequency. The "prassel" rustle sound is great in my earsjerkoff, exp vca, function and another sloth. Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is - there are many cycles to consideronly short sounds - no, goodamplitude variation - yep goodpitch variation - mediumtimbre variation - some, via filter/two soundsmusical value - i think so!entertaining - yes?!.

Three partsfirst part 11 tones and 4ssecond part 4 tones and 3s (a little unstable sequence. . . )third part 8 tones and 12s. Question. Do i need a modular synth for making meanless things as this. . . Well, yes and no. The parts are related in different ways and theunstableness is nice. Or?all three sequences are made in different ways.

Same patch as in electronic minute no 226 but on my real modular. I'm using a wave folder. Thats why i call this version additive. I'm adding timbre to a sinus wave. I will do an subtractive version next.

Started with me playing with doepfer a-146-2 as gate delay. Went on using it as a wave shaper. Went on and on. . . It's not a very big patch. But the outcome is nice. It's a mix of chaos and random. Yes i'm using jerk off and sloth. Analog modular synth fun.

I have built a nonlinearcircuits sloth lfo, the regular version. Sloth is a chaotic lfo. The output is based on the lorenz system. It is a system of ordinary differential equations. It is notable for having chaotic solutions for certain parameter values and initial conditions. In particular, the lorenz attractor is a set of chaotic solutions of the lorenz system which, when plotted, resemble a butterfly or figure eight (very much from wikipedia). The sloth has two outputs x and y. Think of them as coordinate pairs. The output will probably never repeat itself but there is a pattern. I have built the regular sloth it usually takes approx 15 seconds to make a rough figure 8, one cycle in the “butterly”. Now i’m testing the module in different ways. In this sound i have connected white noise to a filter. The filter frequency is controlled by sloth (x output). In this patch i have set the initial frequency low. That’s why there is a low humming wind noise between the “tops”. The output sound from filter goes to reverb. The sound is more a study of sloth behavior than an attempt to create a great wind sound.

Created by anthony baldino for use in the make noise morphagene. "somehow making electronic music lead me to creating trailer music and sound design so it seemed fitting to make reel with a wide array of sounds from both types of music. This reel includes repurposed and re-mangled sounds that inspired music and sound design that have found their way into such trailers as interstellar, jurassic world , alien covenant, suicide squad, star wars: rogue one and others as well as glitchy beats and ambiences from upcoming electronic releases. In this reel you'll find impacts, processed orchestra, synth ambiences, modular beats and other noises that will hopefully inspire morphagene users to explore new music of their own. Or some acid sounds… and drone. All in oneused filters are> doepfer a-124 special edition, the wasp filter> uoki-toki polivoks vcf> intellijel μvcfdidnt plan to upload this to freesound, but read this. Okay filter freaks. . . The frequency analysis reveals a peak around 20khz. Through all of the track? almost. What is that? (when i converted the file to mp3 the peak disappears. . . ) one clue could be that i use the filter as vcas too?i have applied normalisation, compression and limiter in audacity. A "documentary" at https://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=wtzfkg3mxcgin the film i use the mp3-file.

Same patch as in electronic minute no 226 and 227 but on my real modular. I'm using a filter. Thats why i call this version subtractive. I'm subtracting harmonics from a square wave. Why are 226 blue? probably because i did it at work. . . Listening in bad earbuds. Makes you rise the bass. Lets see if i can make this wave ble at the end! i will slowly fade out the vco with high pitch. At the very end i'm switching the synth off.

Another one with 1 looping envelope and 2 vclfos in a dance. I start the recording with the looping envelope in non looping mode. After about 33 sec i switch to looping-mode. Records and hope that a pattern should emerge. So, what do you think? one more time i switch looping mode off and then on. Cool technique.

In this patch i’m using doepfer a-160 clock divider as a sub bas generator. Square wave out from doepfer a-110 to trig in on a-160. I guess a square wave makes it easier for a-160? /4, in this patch, out to uvcf. The sawtooth from a-110 to another nice filter - the wasp filter. The transient modules 8s sequencer gives us an 8 note sequence. A copy of the sawtooth melody is going to an analog delay stomp box from joyo and back to the synth. Some reverb from a-199 sprv, spring reverb. Https://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=ssrlq42phvi.
