A recording of some strong winds blustering through a beautiful, yellow-leaved hickory tree in the midwest usa. Recorded in stereo using a sound devices 702 and microphones used are:channel 1 neumann km184channel 2 rode nt5. I was lucky to be able to capture this beautiful, sentimental sound of the wind through clattering leaves, without the accompanying wind roar.

Wind blowing and swooshing paints a beautiful picture. The sharp lightning strikes are very prominent. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg. This is a great ambience to create the basis of an amazing soundscape.

This is a simulation of the sound produced by the fabyan anti-gravity device which was built, tested and debunked in 1913 at riverbank estates in geneva, illinois. The device is now in the geneva historical society museum but is too fragile to attempt to operate it. This simulation was produced to accompany an asa conference presentation "what did colonel fabyan's anti-gravity device sound like?".
