Internal, kitchen. Close-up sound of cat purring, purring while eating crunchy treats, and then a small 'more' meow at the end. Recorded on a zoom recorder.

Four takes at the beginning of the plopping of a small bottle with a cork lid being opened, then shaking the bottle slightly to hear the liquid inside.

Needed a sound for a clay pot being dug out of sand. I used rice and a small ceramic pot for this.

Three ceramic objects - a bowl, a bottle and a jug - clanking against each other, being handled and put down; at the end the bowl is scraped slightly and hit with a metalic object. Water is being poured in and out of assorted ceramic and glass bowls, jugs or bottles. I left a bit of the container's own noise in, such as cork bottles plopping or the filled container being slid over a wooden table, for all your bartenders needs :p a lovely chuckling bottle is somewhere by the end.

Encouraging her companions forward, taking blows, giving blows and hacking something to pieces. #adpprecorded using a rode nt-1 microphone through a uk=r22-mkii interface using reaper. I recorded this within a blanket fort to reduce external noise and potential echo.

New-years fireworks in the distance as heard from a place. Almost isolated safe for a car that drove by twice and one of my rabbits squeaking a few times. Individual bits might even pass for war-time atmosphere.

The sound of a construction worker operating a concrete road saw on a rainy day is heard in this recording. The recording begins with the saw already in operation, then is shut off and shortly restarted. He makes a couple of passes on the section of road he is working on and turns the machine off. I was standing in the middle of the newport southbank bridge facing the daniel carter beard bridge. It was a very cold and windy day when i visited the mile high swinging bridge at the top of grandfather mountain. Unfortunately, i did not have a windscreen, so there is a bit of noise in the recording of the "singing" bridge. The reason i say "singing" is that the high winds were blowing through the 228-foot long suspension bridge bars making a haunting sort of song. It is considered the highest suspension footbridge in north america at just over a mile high.

This is a very old, out of tune accordian (the tuning wavers way off key on the main notes as it plays).
