Footsteps.

These footsteps were recorded on my backyard pathway that was full of leaves. Its a mono 44. 1k/16-bit recording using an akg perception 220. It was recorded very early in the morning to avoid city noises like cars and dogs barking.

Two footsteps on gravel.

Using rice to imitate walking in sand. Used my hands to do this, though.

Using a small bag filled with cherry seeds trying to imitate walking and running on a floor covered in pebbles, sand or well, seeds. Sounds a bit percussion-esque maybe. . .

Step on a creaky floorboard.

Recorded outside in cut grass. The sound of footfalls with crickets and other night sounds can be a bit creepy and unnerving.
