Work in progress speech synthesis speech, all drawn in photosounder. I've drawn the basic vocalisation by drawing horizontal lines in the 100 hz range using the white spray with the harmonics modifier, and modulated that using the dark spray to create the formants. I also added a couple of fricatives with the white spray, but it's incomplete.

This recording was made in italy in the province of rieti, inside the room of my apartment, where i am testing a twister ninja 250 mini single-rotor helicopter, where during the recording a small accident is also heard. Recorded with the shure mv88 plus digital stereo microphone connected to my iphone 12 pro.

A vintage canon at-1 shutter and film advance mechanism recorded with a miktek c5. Recording from various angles, with and without the lens on, from the front, and back with film compartment, etc. Useful for foley and also a great unusual percussion sample for trap hi-hats, etc.

Skates on ice: here is a very specific sound effect. The metallic slash through ice when it is being skated on. There are multiple variations of this in this track due to the amount of contact the blade of the skate has to the ice and also the force being put into the movement. It is a sharp and cold sound. Electrical hum created by my guitar lead resting on the table top while connected to a line 6 box going into my laptop. The line 6 software was also giving it lots of 'cavernous hall' reverb. Quite stereo too. It is a g as far as i can tell but slightly sharp so try shifting the pitch to get it in tune with other instruments.
