Recorded on 28/07/2010 at approx. 7pm at hong kong international airport. Severe rainstorms (red/black) caused a lot of flight delays/cancellations and hence airport chaos! recorded with a zoom h2 in 2-channel surround mode, with a windshield. File has not been modified.

On a hot afternoon the squirrels are barking constantly in the background (they sound like chickens clucking) and blackbirds are crying out loudly, kind of sounding like hawks. There are songbirds (not the predominant sound) the types of of which i'm not sure.

A clash cymbal turned down to 10 bpm, repeated on different tones depending on my mood and a triple osc was added. Effects: massive delay and reverb, echo and a compressor.

As usual. . A triple osc was used. I played with the different possibilities. . . Sine, triangle, saw, square waves were used here. It may cause damage on high volume (maybe?). Effects: phaser, reverb. After recording, the entire soundshape was inverted.

An obnoxious black crow calls as traffic passes and wind blows through the fall leaves. The leaves clatter on the pavement and a second type of bird with a higher pitch call joins the party, then another.

A shorter, more polished version of my previous sound "alien world" (https://freesound. Org/people/patrick_corra/sounds/540045/). This ambience is a bit more earth-like compared to its predecessor, though any sound used here is either created from scratch or recorded: i used my own voice for the "bird" sounds and a crickets chirping recording for some background noise. Aside from myself and the crickets, no other animal was recorded to create this sound, so i think it's fair to define it as "alien". Inspired by the sounds heard in black mesa's version of xen, i decided to try creating a similar soundscape.

A nasty cheap telephone ring designed using native instruments fm8 virtual synthesizer, a ring modulator, a moog-like filter (either are included in cockos reaper software), and a free lo-fizer vst plugin. In the 14th century the bubonic plague descimated the population of europe. Men would push around carts collecting the corpses and shouting to bring out your dead for disposal. Recorded on android cell phone voice recorder. Processed with noise removal and slight pitch shift in audacity. This is myself doing some voice acting for my music projects.

This was a pretty hard work. I only use a triple osc and i took an advantage of the several asio bugs of my soundcard. I don't mix the sound. I've re-recorded that shape 15 times, after that, i applied massive echo and reverb filters. 3 osc, echo, reverb, compressor.

Сroaking frogs in the river. Recorded in krasnodar krai, south of the russia, black sea coast. April 2016. Krasnodar krai is located in the southwestern part of the north caucasus and borders with rostov oblast in the northeast, stavropol krai and karachay-cherkessia in the east, and with the abkhazia region (internationally recognized as part of georgia) in the south. The republic of adygea is completely encircled by the krai territory. The krai's taman peninsula is situated between the sea of azov in the north and the black sea in the south. In the west, the kerch strait separates the krai from the contested crimean peninsula, internationally recognised as part of ukraine but under de facto russian control. At its widest extent, the krai stretches for 327 kilometers (203 mi) from north to south and for 360 kilometers (220 mi) from east to west.

In an antique store in laconner, washington i saw a old black desk rotary dial telephone. I dialed the numbers 1 through 0 and recorded them on my cell phone. It's a fairly clear recording and different from the other rotary dial sounds here. I rolled off the low end a bit to get rid of some ambient noise in the store.
