A glissando that's perfect for sliding in and out (both sliding in and out for each sample have been added). A lot of cartoons use this particular sound. This sound was recorded by a very talented violin player that i know personally, and edited in audacity. I used the 'dolby on' app on my iphone to record it. A bunch of weird and hopefully interesting noises. Created using the korg electribe 2 synthesis engine with alot of modulations and asynchron patterns. Post-processing in cubase. Couldnt find a gargling sound that fit a more comedic vibe, so i made one myself. Hope others can find it useful. Used a microphone and water, then spat in a sink.

I was trying to imitate the noise that usually happens when someone delivers a comedic punchline, you know, the high hat sound. I used a cheap desktop drumset.

A "wah wah" sound produced using the right hand in the bell of a horn. Makes a great comedic effect for "fail" or "you lose" situations. Notes: f4, e4, d#4. Recorded with a zoom h4n placed about a metre behind the bell.

A singular comedic mosquito buzz. Created in audacity by:1. Generating a sawtooth wave2. Equalizing the tone slightly (a bit less high end)3. Applying the vibrato-phase. Ny plugin in pairs like: 5. 1, 5. 2, 8. 1, 8. 2, 0. 5, 0. 51 hz5. Applying a ring modulation plugin in a similar way. If you want something more retro, equalize down the higher frequencies.

Made some chicken alfredo and as i was slapping the noodles with the wooden spoon it sounded great! works for some gross effects or if someone gets slapped you can supplement your slapping noise with some moisture for some comedic value ;). I believe sound clips should be openly shared, but i am always interested in seeing how people use them ;).
