Paper sounds & metal container sounds - thicker art paper scrolled and unscrolled, also placed inside of and withdrawn from a metal water bottle to simulate some sort of special scroll, including fiddling with the metal lid. Occasional soft breath soz but mostly clean. Recorded on a r0de nt-1, through a ai-1 in my booth. Raw unedited audio.

Walking on soil: sneakers. Recorded with a zoom h2 in a basement of a house: a wooden container placed on a carpet filled with soil. Normalized with audacity.
A sound of a glass container sliding across a table. I recorded it for blenderguru's blender doughnut animation tutorial that i completed. Feel free to use it on any project. No need for attribution. :).
The sound of many bubbles, either from within a container, or from a heavy liquid. Good for bubbling sounds from within, let's say, a closed pan, or from something like lava!.
Small change being dropped on the floor from a tin container. Recorded with coincident cardioid small diaphragm condensers through m-audio octane preamp and rme hdsp multicace soundcard at 48khz 24bit.
Please excuse the naming convention. It is for a university project that i had to begin with my student number\. This is a recording of a pill container being opened and closed.
Walking on pavement tiles: socks. Recorded with a zoom h2 in a basement of a house: a wooden container filled with earth onto which three larger paving slabs were placed. Normalized with audacity.
Small street, quiet (few vehicles, pedestrians, people talking). Someone throws glass in a recycling container at 0'23. Birds singing throughout. Recorded at 10 am from inside a car (stopped, windows open).
A bunch of garbage (soda cans, beer bottles, chip bags, styrofoam container, etc. ) on top of a bed/blanket, then gets tossed onto the floor. Includes body movement, resetting of props and retakes. Stereo. 24 bit. 48 khz. Low cut applied.
The sound of a restored cast-iron pump, located beside the church in a berkshire village, which is still being used to draw water. We hear the squeaking of the pump and the splashing of the water into a large metal container. Sony psm-10.
I have a metal container that is used to collect coins. Its lid is on a hinge and when this lid is hit it bounces, making progressively quieter noises each bounce. Fun stuff. Recorded with a boss br864 digital studio and a shure mic.
Multiple takes of dropping a metal lid from a container onto a wood floor. Some takes have a nice rattle as the lid vibrates after impact. Recorded using an akg c414 b-uls microphone into a john hardy m-1 preamp into pro tools.
Rattling machine sound imitated with bolts shaken inside a plastic container. Use this any way you want, no need to credit. But i would appreciate a word in the comments about what kind of project you plan to use it for, and -if appropriate- where it will probably appear.
I used a tiny silver medal and a glass container to replicate the sound of a wedding ring being set on a glass bedside table. Different combinations, hollow, compact, with and without rattling. Rode ntg2 + zoom h4nno processing.
As my home brew beer is fermenting, co2 is piped off through an air lock. This sound is actually the bubbles of gas being released into a container of water but it does sound like drips. Recorded at 48k on a tascam dr-40 and sennheiser mic. I've added a bit of reverb.
This is a recording of a keurig coffeemaker brewing a 6 oz. Cup of coffee in a mug. The clip begins with the closing of the door over the brew-pod container. The coffeemaker's pump cycles 43 times for the brewing of a 6 oz cup, and then refills and reheats the internal reservoir.
I strapped an h6 to the frame of a rickety fixed-gear bicycle with no shock absorbers on either wheel. I rode this around a shipping container yard near ahmedabad, on a gritty surface made up of interlocking concrete tiles. Close mic-ed.
A delicate tinkling of ice recorded on a behringer ultravoice mic from tilting a plastic container of frozen turkey broth i took out of the freezer. Apparently a small number of free floating ice crystals were hitting a layer of frozen crystals on the lid, resulting in this remarkably musical sound. Please feel free to use as you like!.
A sound effect of some boiling food in a container at my house. Not the best sound effect ever, but maybe you can find some use for it!. Thanks for listening!. P. S. I request that all my sound effects only be used for clean, appropriate media and projects. Thanks!.
Field recording of a demolition plant in a paris suburb. Demolition waste is beeing sorted and filled in a container. Record with a zoom h2n in x/y stereo mode. There's a train passing by at the end; since it seemed to fit naturally in the soundscape, i chose not to remove it. . .
First upload. Recorded with zoom h4n. It's flax seed in an empty plastic spice container. It's a 16th note rhythm amd it loops perfectly at 130 bpm. It has some fairly subtle panning effects. Eight quarter notes long, but also works really well every 4 quarters, every three etc. I. E. When doubled and even tripled on itself in a sequencer.
A recording of sounds using an air duster. Recorded using my h4n zoom recorder, i captured the sprays of wind, the sizzle sound after the duster in used, the tapping of the metal container, and the flicking rumble of the straw. Sound is in stereo, and is in. Wav format.
Water is being poured in and out of assorted ceramic and glass bowls, jugs or bottles. I left a bit of the container's own noise in, such as cork bottles plopping or the filled container being slid over a wooden table, for all your bartenders needs :p a lovely chuckling bottle is somewhere by the end.
A short clip of a small volume of liquid being transferred from one container to another with a nice ringing quality to it. I believe this is tea being poured into a mug, but i don't remember specifically. Recorded with a zoom h4n and edited in audacity. Apologies for the high noise floor on this clip, i had my preamp set for something else!.
The sound of ethanol being burned out of a glass jug. This sound was made by putting a small amount of ethanol into a glass jug and allowing the vapors to fill the container. Then a flame was held to the mouth of the jug creating a jet of fire. Link to video with sound: https://imgur. Com/s2xdbs5. The sound was recorded on a zoom h4n recorder. Jan/32/19.
This is the sound of trying to squeeze the last dregs of liquid hand soap from a 60-oz plastic container. It has no excuse for sounding this rude. Recorded opportunistically under non-ideal circumstances (including noise floor and clock ticking in background), using the built-in mic on an iphone 7. No processing was done except splicing multiple takes into one file, and transcoding to wav.
This emulates the ambient noise of a planet sized computer and its associated gargantuan processes. I aimed for a "what if" scenario. What if v'ger could speak to other similar artificial entities of enormous size and complexity. Originally recorded on zoom h2. The sound was originally a styrofoam take-out container which i pressed down on and released several times. I then filtered it.
Stohgsville entertainment creation. . . Drone type sound, mixed timbers. Metallic container. Recorded in fl studio (d. A. W. ) realtek hdcasio ctk-2400 amt. Usage: useful for background/mystery suspense works. Submarines. Metal influences. Drifting waves, illusive. Dream-state. Dark world. A mysterious ambient pad loop i made. Recorded at 84 bpm. Good for background atmosphere scenes/ques. Use as needed. Any questions send me a message. Enjoy, peace.
Back again! this sound effect is of the lid of some kind of container (i don't even remember what!!) being popped on and off. There are two different sound effects (pulling the lid on, and pushing it back on). Hope you like it!. Thanks for letting me waste your time!. P. S. I request that all my sound effects only be used for clean, appropriate media and projects. Thanks!.
The feeding of two hungry cats. Early sounds include tinkling of crunchy food falling into a near bowl and a more distant one, and the munching sounds of a purring cat. Then the snap of the top of the feeding container, and closure of a cabinet door. Two cats (bowmore and munro) the former near and the latter further away then transition to eating wet food. Recorded with the zoom h4 xy microphone pair in 24bit 48k wave, then converted to flac in audacity with a bit of amplification.
