Audio track from a video i made. The title is just an anagram of part of the original title and nothing to do with the video. The whole track was made by processing the original audio, (which was a female's voice) in a variety of ways.

This recording features, what many would say is the most gorgeous bird-song in the midwest---the flute-like wood-thrush. This was created with reaktor 6, nested inside vcvrack (via the "host" module) run through various effects in vcv rack. Ultimately this was rendered out at 192khz (vcv allows for very high super sampling). Many frequencies that are above the range of hearing exist in this file due to rendering it at such a high sample rate. I recommend that, in your daw of choice: pitch this down a couple octaves while running this through a frequency analyzer. Watch how many notes and tones emerge into the range of hearing. You might need a high shelf eq on this as well as a slight high pass filter. Several use cases for this sound: in the background of a sci-fi video game. On your next ambient dark drone top 40 hit single. Run through effects like granulators, pitch shifters and spectral distortions to make a crazy sound design sculpture.

A very low frequency tone/drone made with the studiofactory software synth. It's a cross-mod of the perlin tone generator with a formant generator. This is about as low and loud as my current speaker/amplifier system allows. Use with care i. E. Turn down your playback systems output before you play it. Final mastering was done with audacity.
