I needed a wall of crickets but could not find a decent one so i used some samples and multiplied them to make it sound like hundreds of crickets. Enjoy. Nice to fall asleep to, but the loop points could use some fixing-up.

A recording made around 7:30pm at night in mid october of 2012 of leaves skittering across an asphalt street, making that unique, crackly sound. You will also hear a train off in the distance which i think adds to the sound-scape of fall. At 1:51 into the recording a car whooshes buy and with it, a cluster of leaves trailing behind it trying in vain to keep up. . . That's always been a wonderful sound sequence for me to hear. I wanted to record the sound of a keyring - or rather the keys strapped to it - make while in mid-air. There are the keys audible, recorded hitting the stack of hay (soft landing) and air blowign into the mics while the recordied has high velocity. I was throwing my recorer with my left hand, while simultaneously throwing my keyring with my right hand. The throw was vertical and the landing zone was a pile of hay. I thing there are some interesting sound here, i'm uploading it unedited to make it possible to cut out whatever you like. I needed a sound effect of a body being thrown into a river for a play. This is a recording of me falling backwards into a pool. Splash_1 is a little louder, and there is some clipping. Splash_2 is a bit longer. Recorded using internal mics of a zoom h2n.
A wet plopping sound, such as meat falling into a puddle. I needed the sound of a body dropping into a pool of it's own blood. This was created by letting a soaked rag drop onto several sponges full of water from a height of about a foot.
