My intention with my sound was to replicate the sound of gunfire in a rainy day. I envisioned a person caught in the crossroads of a battle while taking a stroll down a gravel road.

I recorded this sound at home, in the belgian country during the end of a storm (but there is no thunder sound). You can hear rain falling and a river flowing nearby. Very relaxing and useful if you need a rainy ambient sound. I recorded this simply with a tascam dr-40 (internal mics) and just edit it properly with audacity.

I've never heard so many frogs/peepers so deafeningly loud, persistent and oblivious to humans. I tried to record where the water was running but the animals drowned out the sound of the water. Recording in woodbridge, va during a rainy day in may 2016. You hear rain gently falling, cars passing by in the rain and the distant rumbling of thunder.
