City sewer outflow to the baltic sea in gdynia, poland. Outflow dry, zoom h4n's internal mics placed 30 cm inside a sewer outflow (about 1m diameter) directly to the sea. No editing whatsoever. If you're as sick as me, you could hear the waves coming in and out of this tight pipe. . .

A pure recording of an early morning rainshower in the deep woods. Recorded on august 6th, 2013 at 6:30 in the morning. You will hear some birds singing as well -- despite the shower. Under a canal bridge, 2 barges pass. The first one does have a radio on (the music will be subject to copyright control) but i can't tell what the song is. After they've gone we hear the water lapping and one or two people talking. Some traffic in the background and a motorbike leading into the first barge.

I was filling a giant plastic bucket in the kitchen full of water using the hose attachment. I tried let the water hit the bucket in different ways to change the acoustics of the sound over time. If you can use this, go nuts - i'd love to hear anything you can do with it.

A classic deep woods, summer soundscate. The insects' droning seems to slow everything down as the high tempuratures bake the land. Every now and then you'll hear some bird calls in this recording. Towards the end, the insects temporarily stop and a goldfinch answers with his/her own call.

This long recording was taken aboard the odoriko super view train from ito city bound for atami. Small regular waves falling on the gravel lakeshore of the bodensee (lake constance), which is the largest lake in germany. This lake is so large that - as you can hear - it has some 'real waves', which sound very relaxing :). Recorded on an iphone 7, aug. 2017.

This sound was taking in a very rural area of transilvania having some sheeps grazing in the distance with some bells attached around there neck. At the beginning you can hear also a van passing by.

We went out and literally hit metal rulers against a metal staircase handrail, and then went into audacity and reverberated a copy underneath the sound, and tweaked it a bit to add the lasting effect.
