Garden shovel clanging as it is struck. I needed the sound of someone getting hit over the head with a shovel for a theatrical production [ fuddy meers ]. I recorded my garden shovel as i struck it with my shoe; quite effective.

Weird eerie sound i made by using multiple reverb and some distortion on an ascending ethereal vox, thought it sounded pretty cool so i decided to upload it. If you find some use for it i would love to hear how it comes out! ^. ^.

I want to point out that the sample that streams on the website has a small static noise in it. . The original, when downloaded, will not have this noise. I made 2 versions of this one, the one i kept for myself scares me more than this one, lol, but this one has more stuff going on in it.

Moth-organ is a forgotten instrument. Sad, because it's amasingly useful, and a professional (which i am not)can create many interesting variations. I play only three tones, but listen, it's a cool little thing. I used the best available: hohner 'rheingold'.

As i was working in an incidental sound i was continuously recording. All i saved was the ending. 2 seconds. But the sound is nice. Something in-between bass sound and bass drum sound… if you find use of it let me know.

This is a narrated soundwalk on a hill. It involves wind blowing leaves and trees, and a very weird bird sound that i can not identify. I walked back and forth between the area where this sound was recorded. There's always the sound of my walking and miscellaneous sounds i may not have mentioned in the minute.

I removed the aerator from the kitchen faucet and didn't get it turned off. My coffee cup filled and this sound resulted. I thought, sounds a little like water falling into a pool in a cave; so i added reverb to this file. Iphone and external mike. Reverb in audacity.

Fils, i recorded a sound of heart beats (beatbox) that i have multiplied + a laugh on a different track. A put a paulstretch effect on the laugh and i superimposed the 2 track for creating a sound of horreur film like a gosts' film.

Rarely can i manage to record the sound from a cat in such strong emotion, so i rolled the recorder for 1 minute with guilt. I gave my cat a fish can afterward, so don't feel sorry when you use the sound.

Echoey, creepy piano loop from a song i was working on that may never be finished. Created with the "steinway grand piano" patch, in addition to the "echo" and "silververb" plugins, all within logic pro x. If you use this in a song, i request that you link the song in the comments. This collection of kitchen sound effects was captured on a tascam dr-07. I carried the recorder around the kitchen opening and closing drawers, the refrigerator, and clattering/clanking plates and silverware. I even did a water pour into a drinking glass. After recording i edited the sounds in protools using a variety of compression and limiting plugins. I hope you find this useful.

I remember i broke something off of a soda can to make this sound. It just sounds like something breaking, could fit in many cases. An insectoid clicking noise being used for echo location. I used this for a monster our party faced in ballad of the seven dice. This was done by foley work i was doing. I modified my voice with numerous effects in audacity to change the pitches as well as increase the speed of it.

I recorded rain with a train and eventually a car going past from my window with a shure super 55 (the only mic i have) so this recording is in mono until i get a stereo pair.

I changed the synthesizer's ranges and played a bit with reaktor's structures until i realized i was playing with the frequency range. The result is a radically different sound that sounds more like a machine.
