The other sound is from alm pip slope in loop mode and modulated by a nonlinearcircuits single jerkoff, with an injection of cv from 2lfosh.

Was messing around in logic today and came up with this little 16-bar loop. Bassline is made with ni razor synth (excellent piece of software!). I can elaborate on this beat, give you any samples or variations if you want. Just send me a pm and i'll do my best!.

I took a clip from the audio i recorded of wax paper crinkling, cut a segment from it, played it backwards, put it on loop, layered it with the original, and this is what i got. There is an somewhat syncopated pattern to the sounds, but the audio is cut off before it makes a full cycle. Enjoy.

This one was also made in sylenth1, its a pretty dirty gritty sounding patch i made. Has a bit of the 'decimate' bitcrusher (sylenths', and i also added a bass amp in logic to fatten the sound up, its played in g. I always name my loops with the first letter on its key hence the name ghost chord=) , and is a loop made at 128bpm. I find making a loop can be very good for tuning your ears & production techniques, because like an artist if your painting something small u add a lot more detail. This is just a simple four to the floor kick drum pattern at 120 bpm. I created the kick itself by layering various synth timbres in rob papen's albino plugin. Processing was also applied such as compression, eq and using subtle distortion in specific frequency areas to get it sounding like this. This is a short, dissonant loop made with a neapolitan mandolin. This has been recorded with an sm7b into a rme interface, and quantized to 148bpm in logic pro x. This is a dry file with no other processing. I used it on a couple of old-school hip-hop beats to trigger effects or completely butchering with distortion for some extra textures. I thought it might come in handy to rap producers out there! if you do something with it, i would love to check it out!. I was recording an acoustic version of a song called "closer" by my band dead rituals, and a friend let me borrow this old neapolitan mandolin. I made some random noises by picking behind the strings at the end of a take, and i decided to sample it!.

A number of coins dropping on to concrete made by overlaying a single coin drop and offsetting multiple times. Made using two coin loops in logic x but creating a number of tracks, offsetting the loops at 'random' to create the sound of multiple coins. Also truncated some loops for variation.
