A peaceful walk near the cache river in southern illinois in mid-winter. The occasional birds calls out. Recording made at 2:30 in the afternoon on a very mild - 53 degree day in mid january. Equipment used: marantz pmd-661 and beyerdynamic microphone.

This is a recording made in my living room of a mitzvah tank, the giant vans the lubavichers drive around brooklyn. They play jewish religious music out of speakers on these vans. Its a sound i always enjoyed, especially during the high holidays when there is a giant parade of them on flatbush.

This is a "recreation" of the sounds heard at the beginning of the "alice in wonderland" superbowl tv spot. I used jobro's cinematica 7 in reverse and timbre's bass drum and discordant bells. The ticking sound i made by tapping a pen. I recorded the full "ticking track" (up to :17 in the spot) but didn't have the string hits to make it sound good.

A short clip of of a screaming electric guitar lick i made on my 1982 gibson les paul custom with marshall amp. It was recorded on a multi track music program, i then added chorus effect, the microphone was hooked directly to the desktop computer with reverb from a 50 watt marshall amp. The reason these pills are specifically called acetaminophen is because all pills make a specific sound including the amount stored inside.

I made a weird sound with my voice, stretched it out in every direction, and looped it to make a cool noise that could be used as the ambient music for a part of a game where there are either giant robots roaming around, or are scary-as-hell creatures.
