221 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Massive"

Blip trails: c2 note, random blip sounds with fast attacks and short trails using massive. Sampled into ableton with just a touch of reverb to help the trail smooth out, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random parameters in massive, and very little other effects used. I was playing about in absynth and massive and with some samples this evening. Came up with this nice atmosphere. It made me think of a dark / menacing computer room somewhere in the future.

A wobble or "synth growl" i done did in caustic 3 on the saw synth. Used a pulse wave, flange & phaser, then a couple pitch layers in post. √π ∆ π√.

An eight bar loop of music that would suit a technical product demo (i'm planning to use it on one of mine when my product is ready!). Made using ableton + native instruments vsts (battery 3, massive etc).

2 lengths of 3 different pitches of this low cinematic squelch bass. Played once with a large reverb and again played dry with no fx. This sound is modeled after the inception movie's large horn blast. It is a low multi-voiced saw wave with a specific ring modulation setting to give it it's effect. This sound is rendered as a 44100 sample rate 16 bit wav file. Made with native instrument's massive inside ableton live 9.

A composite alarmsample. Loop this sample on a huge stereo with decent volume and report back :) the sample is optimized for dynamics, so it's not overcompressed. This sample also contains a firealarm bell which is absent in the other sample in this pack.

A loop-able horror ambience piece, inspired by films such as the blair witch project. This piece synth based and was created in presonus studio one using ni massive and ni fm8. All other effects are the stock mixing tools provided by studio one.

I've been to some old massive limekilns and it's like a cave inside with lots of water dripping from the ceiling. There was also a draft coming through the whole building. And there's a leak in the wall. That's the water you hear streaming.

This was a pretty hard work. I only use a triple osc and i took an advantage of the several asio bugs of my soundcard. I don't mix the sound. I've re-recorded that shape 15 times, after that, i applied massive echo and reverb filters. 3 osc, echo, reverb, compressor.

Some venetian snares inspired breaks, apparently he uses med soundstudio, which is a sweet freeware program. Hard to figure out but coolin the same. Emily was born from some massive processing. I left my zoom h4n on a table under a roof on the back yard paving to capture a massive thunderstorm. Lots of rain. Lots of thunder. It starts in the distance and then comes over the house - a big storm. Some door noises at the start and some bird noises and a car driving by and a bus in there as well. Plugins used for creation:ni kontakt 5 with stigma by sampletraxx, pain piano by silence+other sounds, chillerscapes free library by resomonics, ni massive, etc. Effects: izotope mastering plugins, berzerk distortion, defacer, guitar rig 5, raum, eventide black hole, xctr, stock fl studio reverbs and eq's, etc.

I only use a triple osc and i took an advantage of the several asio bugs of my soundcard. I don't mix the sound. I've re-recorded that shape 17 times, after that, i applied massive echo and reverb filters. 3 osc, echo, reverb, compressor. For this record, i've deleted the major part of the notes. Some new settings of the echo filter, are applied.

Honestly, this is one of the coolest things ever. Just drag this impulse response into your ir reverb plugin and it will make everything sound like it's in a space suit / glass helmet. On the 30th of august, 2006, at caixaforum ( barcelona ), freesound organized a multitudinous (more than 300 people) performance and sound recording called "la audiencia disponible". This sound is one of those recorded that day. Among who made all this possible there is ruben grilo, bram de jong and jaume ferrete, with jose lozano on sound and mateo vergara as crowd conductor and the help and support of carmen garrido director of la mediateca at fundació la caixa. I made this by playing a couple sine waves on different notes, then i added a fruity waveshaper to add harmonics whenever one of the sine waves clips, then filtered out the original sine waves, leaving you with the distorted harmonics you have here. Processed kick with good transientmade with ableton and been tested with monitors, its been eq'd and a compressed. This sound it at -0. 1db instead of 0. 0 so it's definitely not clipping. The sub of the kick is made in ni massive and then processed with all most every plugin i have. I took surprisingly long to make because it was originally meant to be secret for one of my own tracks but i never really used it so it has a lot of hidden detail that is just waiting to be downloaded lol.
