A field recording of people shopping in a mall. About 20 seconds in, a man coughs. . . Then. . . Voices of adults chatting and young people too. A few minutes later a girl walks right by and says "found it". . . Then chuckles and says "it was by the seat. ".

This is a narrated soundwalk on a hill. It involves wind blowing leaves and trees, and a very weird bird sound that i can not identify. I walked back and forth between the area where this sound was recorded. There's always the sound of my walking and miscellaneous sounds i may not have mentioned in the minute.

Not loopable as the wind picks up over time and is noticeable when you loop back to beginning. Light editing in reaper (eq down some wind sounds, splicing out distant traffic). Individual bullfrog chatter sounds also on profile.

Mono recording of a 440 hz tuning fork with resonance box, full decay time = more than 1 minute. I used the measurement microphone k4 by arnold esper placed directly in the resonance box. Recorded in the anechoic chamber for analysis and measurement purpose mostly.

Jay prusse at nasa happened to have his radio scanner on and captured a strong but short signal that was repeated for one minute. Let it rain thunder is a sample of the passing of a storm recorded in late 2014 sydney australia. It is a 14 minute mp3 that features the sound of rain gradually getting stronger and stronger before sounds of rolling thunder and cracking thunder and the sound of rain fading out.

Shower is turned on through tub pull which then runs uninterrupted, then splashes and moving is added to simulate someone in the shower. Then the shower is turned off. Recorded with built-in mic on h4n pro.

I was just messing around with audacity recently and recorded a word "no". Then stretched it out using tempo stretch function (function that streches speed, but does not alter the pitch) maxed out twice in a row. That resulted in such a simple word stretched out to almost 5 minutes. Sounds rather scary and interesting.
