Sitting at a busy intersection at 3:00 in the afternoon with my window rolled down. No credit necessary, but as always, it is greatly appreciated.

Two contact microphones (stereo recording) were placed on a kite. The sounds you can hear are from the kite gliding through the wind. It was also shaken to simulate the sounds of the flying kite. The file may be used without restrictions, no credit necessary.

So i bought one of those squeezy things where you work against a spring, but, my hands are a bit too small to gain the necessary advantage. The alternative? a crush-able exercise ball.
