1,983 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Prepared Guitar"

Droning sounds created by rubbing a string against my acoustic guitar in an open tuning. There's some plucking at the end but that's kind of random. I figured i should start uploading some of the more interesting things i have since i've used a lot of material from this website without really contributing to it at all.

Sample of the sounds which can be made by an acoustic guitar.

A kalimba\toy piano like sound obtained by stucking a piece of metallic string between the actual guitar strings (at the bridge), so having that typical short sustain; i've recorded using a di box and a samson co2 next to the guitar strings. Inspired by a youtube video by dan phelps.

Also used in René Clément's 1952 film Jeux interdits (Forbidden Games). Authorship is disputed (see WP article).
