At the close of the children's hospital telethon immediately after it was announced that more than $4 million had been raised, people on the phone banks started cheering, this as the closing credits were being run on the tv screen. This is from a fan audio recording of the 1967 doctor who episode "tomb of the cybermen". The sound is now in the public domain.
