Yeah, it's so screwed up you can barely tell it was from that sample. That ringing in the back is a stretched and pitched piece of the same sample. I was trying to make a dub loop, but this is what i got. Really freaky.

Remix of: 522914__makenoisemusic__optigan-drums-mg-reel. I extracted, cleaned up, and enhanced one of the 1 bar drum loops. Works great for anything that needs a breakbeat. Thanks to makenoisemusic for keeping this zero.

I forked unfa's freesound #243170 then i modified it in wavepad. To make the effect, i cut out the one part then fade out. Sounds like that one sound when the power has been cut in fhfif remix.
